Levubu Primary School accepts and acknowledges that all school policies are needed to manage the school in an acceptable manner.
VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT
VISSION: Well educated, well-mannered and respectful learners that are prepared for life
We aim for our learners to be able to demonstrate the following qualities and competences:
To be literate (read and write well)
To be numerate (do arithmetic and numbers calculations)
To have positive qualities (sociable, respect others, have self confidence and a positive attitude)

PRIORITIES
* Quality teaching and learning to take place.
* Exceptional management of the curriculum.
* Correct utilization of the budget.
* Good maintenance of our buildings and grounds.

CULTURE
Change driven, putting the school at the cutting edge of change “knowledge” and want to “potential and efficiency and social acceptance”.
* Build a strong bond between the school and the community.
* To implement Education, with production in the context of(CAPS).
* To create an atmosphere conductive to teaching and learning through devolution and participative management style.
* To make the best use of resources, especially our most valuable ones, educators’ knowledge and expertise.
* To educate the learners to live with others peacefully.
* To inculcate the learners the culture of respect and responsibility in democratizing our country and the world.
* To inculcate the spirit of patriotism for the betterment of all learners
Norms and values that have sustained the humankind such as honesty, respect, friendliness, trustworthiness and self- control shall be upheld.
The property of our school calls upon our conscience in using and caring and no one shall destroy or abuse such.
We subject ourselves to discipline and believe that this is the way to accountability and responsibility to ourselves and others.
We accept democratic practices in leadership and further acknowledge the development of leadership qualities through self-discipline.
Nothing shall exempt a learner from complying with the Code of Conduct of the school.

PRINCIPLES AND VALUES
The Bill of Rights as contained in the constitution of the Republic of South Africa, ACT 108 OF 1996 remains the cornerstone of the Code of Conduct.
The right to be heard shall be upheld.
The principles and values shall promote equality to all.
The right to privacy, respect and dignity shall be promoted.
In order to protect our learners, we shall lock gates until the school knocks off.
The right to education shall not be denied to learners and everything shall be done to protect and promote it. All Educators shall be dedicated to their work and learners committed to self-development, education and learning in promoting this right.

RELATIONSHIP
Mutual trust and respect between learners and educators shall be the culture.
Learners expect to be taught by highly disciplined educators at all times during school.
